App works, but has too many problems

Pros:
- App actually does what it says it does
- Works on both iPhone and iPad
- Desktop software is free

Cons:
- Uninstalling the desktop software is a pain. A normal mac user should not be subjected to that
- Creates a second "monitor" even if you are not running the app on your iPhone or iPad. My firefox window got stuck in the "phantom monitor" and I had to launch the app on my phone to get it out. And many more problems concerning playing games
- App is slow (lag) and should only be used with a static window
- $5 is too much for all the trouble you get

Bottom Line:
Get this app if you will only use it on a static window for there is too much lag. You should also know how to use Terminal and sudo commands; If you dont even know what Terminal is, dont get it. My whole experience with iDisplay and the desktop software is not at all what I expect from my Mac and iDevices. I would suggest checking out air Display if you really want a second monitor.
